No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant`s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £833.33 (Eight Hundred and Thirty Three Pounds, Thirty Three Pence).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £416.66 (Four Hundred and Sixteen Pounds, Sixty Six Pence).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant`s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £711.63 (Seven Hundred and Eleven Pounds, Sixty Three Pence).[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the Employment Tribunal lodging fee of £160 (One Hundred and Sixty Pounds).[5]The hearing listed on 12 April 2017 is cancelled.
