JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that:[1]The correct name of the respondent is LC Roofing Ltd.[2]The claims against Scott Cameron and SC Roofing (Helensburgh) Limited are dismissed.[3]The claimant is entitled to the sum of £350 in respect of unlawful deductions from wages, relating to underpayments made throughout 2023. ETZ4(WR)[4]The claimant was unfairly constructively dismissed by the respondent and is entitled to £2,808 in respect of the basic award and £4,524 in respect of the compensatory award.[5]The claimant is entitled to £1,360.58 in compensation for failure to furnish him with pay slips, representing aggregate deductions over 13 weeks.[6]The claims relating to unpaid tax and national insurance and pension contributions are not claims in respect of which this Employment tribunal can make any award which therefore are dismissed.
