With the consent of the parties the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent owes the claimant one week’s pay as unpaid company sick pay;[2]The monetary value of the company sick pay to be paid to the claimant by the respondent is £282 gross &[3]The claimant’s contractual entitlement to wages includes payment of contractual sick pay on the basis of no more than two months’ full pay and two months’ half pay in any twelve month period.
