Employment Judge Walker has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21: The Employment Tribunal declares that the respondent has failed to comply with its obligations under section 188A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and makes a protective award under section 189 of that Act in favour of the claimant for a period of 90 days starting on the 21 December 2018.
