JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:(1) the Claim in respect of unlawful deductions from wages has been presented out of time; it was reasonably practicable to have presented the Claim in time and accordingly the claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction in accordance Rule 37(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.(2) the Claims in respect of sexual orientation discrimination, public interest disclosure and disability discrimination are dismissed.REASONS
