JUDGMENT
No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent having made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of Five Hundred and Ninety Pounds and Seventy Pence (£590.70)[2]The respondent having failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement in breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and an unauthorised deduction from wages under the said section is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of Three Hundred and Forty Four Pounds and Sixty Pence (£344.60). 16A (Scot) Rule 21 judgment template (simple)[3]To the extent that any sums are due for income tax on the sums awarded, they are payable by the respondent separately to those sums.[4]The hearing scheduled for 20 March 2024 at 14.30pm is cancelled.
