OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUBAL For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 20 March 2024, the claimant’s application for finding that she had suffered an unlawful deduction from her wages succeeds and the respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £2,000 (Two Thousand Pounds) being accrued unpaid wages and holiday pay. The respondent has satisfied this judgment by paying the claimant save the deduction of appropriate PAYE tax and national insurance and provided that the deduction is properly vouched. J Hendry
