The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) The claimant was employed by “Briarlea Landscapes and Driveways Scotland Limited” from 12 August 2019 until 8 November 2023.(2) For the purposes of section 108(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the claimant had over 4 years’ continuous service and therefore sufficient qualifying service to claim unfair dismissal.
