Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3,042 (4 weeks’ gross pay at a rate of £19.50 per hour based on a 39-hour working week).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of employer and employee pension contributions and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,038.59.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,756.89 (14.5 days’ gross pay at a rate of £190.13 per day).
