JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Employment Tribunal, issued orally with reasons, is that:[1]The claim against the first respondent, which is not a legal entity against which a claim can be validly made, is dismissed;[2]The claim against the second and third respondents, as members of the management committee of North Ayrshire Community Youth Hub, succeeds; 3. the second and third respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY SIX POUNDS ETZ4(WR) (£6,166) (gross) in respect of unlawful deductions from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996; 4. said sum to be paid under deduction of income tax and national insurance as appropriate.
