JUDGMENT
The respondent having indicated that they did not intend to resist the claim an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21.[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of Five Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Seven Pounds Seventy Six Pence (£5327.76) as compensation therefor. This comprises a basic award of Seven Hundred and Thirty Nine Pounds Sixty Pence (£739.60) and a compensatory award of Four Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Eight Pounds Sixteen Pence (£4588.16).
