Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent has failed to respond to the Claimant’s claim.[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1350.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £450.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £450.00.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[5]The remaining claims brought by the Claimant are dismissed as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear then.[6]The hearing listed on 9 March 2017 is cancelled.
