[1]The Judgment pronounced earlier in today’s proceedings was reconsidered in the interests of justice and that previous Judgment was revoked.[2]The Respondents have made an unlawful deduction of wages in respect of commission payments due to the Claimant and are ordered to pay the sum of £486.62.[3]The Respondents have made an unlawful deduction of wages in respect of the Claimant’s September salary and are ordered to pay the sum of £330.00.[4]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) is not well founded.
