JUDGMENT
UPON the parties having agreed terms of settlement that the claimant would withdraw the entirety of her claims and the respondent would make and then seek its application for costs was dismissed on withdrawal. AND UPON the Tribunal having explained to the claimant that if she withdrew the claim the respondent would seek the claim be dismissed which would prevent the claimant bringing any future claims based on the matters that were the subject of this claim. AND UPON the Tribunal having been satisfied the claimant understood the same. AND UPON the respondent having made an application for costs.
