JUDGMENT
[1]The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:-(1) The Claimant was not automatically unfairly dismissed.(2) The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, namely 11 days pay in the sum of £755.86 (net) and £190 in commission.(3) The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant one weeks statutory notice pay in the sum of £363.84 (net).(4) The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant expenses in the sum of £190.80.(5) The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £1,500 in respect of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 above. Judgment - Rule 61 Case Number: 3400823/2016(6) The Respondent is also ordered to pay to the Claimant his Tribunal fees in the sum of £950.
