[1]The Respondent having admitted:1.1 That the Claimant has been unfairly dismissed as alleged; and1.2 That the Claimant has suffered financial loss in excess of the statutory cap on compensation in this matter, IT IS ORDERED THAT:[2]The Respondent pay to the Claimant the sum of £39, 780.56 in respect of the Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal.[3]No costs shall be awarded to either party in respect of the costs incurred in bringing or defending the claims in these proceedings.[4]The hearing listed for 6 to 8 March 2017is vacated.
