Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £12,614.73 calculated as follows: Basic Award 9 years service @ £465.97 gross per week £4193.73 Compensatory Award Losses from 9 March to 6 July when the Claimant started a new job 17 weeks @ £349.85 net per week £5947.45 Loss of statutory rights £500.00[2]The Respondent is also ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £250 in respect of the issue fee paid by the Claimant in these proceedings.
