[1]By consent the Claimant’s claim that he suffered an unlawful deduction from wages, a failure to pay accrued annual leave and that he suffered breach of contract succeed. The agreed award to the Claimant in respect of those claims is £3,716.33 and the Claimant has judgment for that sum.[2]The Respondent has failed to establish its employers contract claim and that claim is dismissed.[3]Costs order is made in favour of the Claimant in relation to Tribunal fees paid in this case amounting to £390. Case Number: 3400656/2016 & 3401119/2016 Accordingly the total sum due from the Defendant to the Claimant is £4,106.33.
