Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim for a redundancy payment succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £5,336 (23 x 232).[2]The claim for 12 weeks notice pay succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum £2,652 (221 x 12) 12 weeks being the maximum entitlement under the statutory provisions.[3]The Claimant despite being required to do so has provided no details of the alleged deduction from wages in respect of the 17th April 2017 and I make no order.[4]The total award is therefore £7,988.[5]The hearing listed on 18/08/2017 is cancelled.
