JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the tribunal is that:1.1 The claimant was an employee of the first respondent, Lakenheath Fab Limited, and was not an employee of the other respondents.1.2 The first respondent failed to pay seven days accrued holiday pay to the claimant in the sum of £756.07 (net), and is ordered to pay such sum to the claimant.1.3 The first respondent failed to provide a written statement of particulars of employment for the claimant and is ordered to pay compensation of two weeks statutory pay in the sum of £958.00 to the claimant.1.4 By consent, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant unpaid wages and notice pay in the total sum of £2,340.25 (net).1.5 The claimant is not entitled to compensation from the first respondent in respect of any interest payments of any bank loan taken out by the claimant. Judgment - Rule 61 Case Number: 3400286/20161.6 The first respondent is order to pay the claimant’s tribunal fees of £390.00.1.7 The total sum ordered to be paid to the claimant by the first respondent is therefore £4,444.32.
