In the absence of an ET3 response form from the respondent, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims: Unpaid wages, in respect of five weeks and 22 hours (£1,001.89 gross) less deduction for lost uniform (£100): £901.89 Additional compensation under Section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996: £26.20 Refund of Type A issue fee: £100 (£60 having been remitted) Total: £1,028.09 I act in accordance with my powers under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2013.
