[1]The Claimant was not unfairly constructively dismissed by the Respondent.[2]The Respondent did not unlawfully directly discriminate against the Claimant because of her nationality (Slovakian).[3]The Respondent did not unlawfully harass the Claimant related to her nationality.[4]The Respondent did not unlawfully directly discriminate against the Claimant because of her religion or belief (Jehovah’s Witness).[5]The Respondent did not unlawfully harass the Claimant related to her religion or belief. Case Number: 3400069/2017 2[6]The Claimant is ordered to pay to the Respondent the sum of £7,000 in respect of the Respondent’s legal costs.[7]It is ordered that the deposit of £160 paid by the Claimant be paid to the Respondent in part satisfaction of the aforesaid order for costs.
