[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the Respondent. It also considered the contents of the Claimant’s ET1 claim form presented on 21 December 2017 and the Respondent’s ET3 response for presented on 7 February 2018. Breach of Contract / Notice Pay[2]The Claimant was employed for 3 days. He was not entitled to receive statutory or contractual notice pay. This complaint fails and is dismissed.
