JUDGMENT
[1]Upon withdrawal by the Claimants, all claims of direct discrimination against the First Respondent are dismissed.[2]Upon withdrawal by the Claimants, all claims of direct discrimination and indirect discrimination against the Second Respondent are dismissed.[3]Upon withdrawal by the Claimants, all claims against the Third Respondent are dismissed. The Third Respondent is discharged from the proceedings.[4]The remaining claims will proceed to be heard at the full merits hearing listed on 11-14 December 2017 at Reading Employment Tribunals.
