JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims have little reasonable prospect of success.[2]The respondent’s application for a strike out order on the basis that the claims have no reasonable prospect of success, is refused as there are areas in dispute in relation to the evidence which are best tried at a final hearing. 1. After taking evidence from the claimant as to his means, he stated that he would like to withdraw his claims against the respondent as he is thinking of either returning to Sri Lanka or emigrate to another country. He would like to put to good use his degree qualifications in engineering. Based on his clear, unequivocal statement, I informed him that I will dismiss all claims against the respondent following his decision to withdraw them. He was content with that approach. Accordingly, all claims against the respondent are dismissed.
