[1]The Respondents failed to present a response to the claim. After hearing evidence on oath from the Claimant judgment is entered as follows against both Respondents jointly and severally. Unauthorised Deduction from Wages[2]The Claimant was owed wages and is awarded £1,320 in compensation. The Respondents are ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant. Costs Order - Tribunal Fees[3]The Claimant is awarded £390 in respect of Tribunal fees and the Respondents are ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.
