JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages has not been pursued by the claimant and is dismissed.[2]The respondent is in breach of contract in that she failed to give the claimant notice of dismissal. No compensation is ordered for breach of contract.[3]The complaint of unpaid accrued holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is dismissed.[4]The complaint of breach of contract (unpaid expenses) is dismissed.[5]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars no later than 2 months after the beginning of employment.[6]Accordingly, the respondent will pay to the claimant the minimum award of 2 weeks’ pay (2x £479), that is £958.[7]The respondent did not give to the claimant itemised pay statements at or before the time at which payments of wages or salary were made to him.[8]No unnotified deductions have been made, so there will be no payment ordered under section 12(4) of the 1996 Act.
