[1]The claimant commenced working for the respondent on 22 October 2018 until her dismissal on 19 November 2018, as a permanent employee with a salary of £32,000. 2. the following amounts of unpaid salary (net) are due and owing to the claimant: Wages unpaid for 6 weeks of employment £2,030.62 1 week’s notice period £483.48 2.5 days accrued annual leave £241.75 Total unpaid salary £2,755.85[3]As the claim brought by the claimant was for wages and / or breach of contract, there is no entitlement to loss of earning since her dismissal, nor injury to feelings and those claims are dismissed.
