JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that he was not paid salary due to him for 7 hours’ work he did on 24 October 2018 (at £7.83ph) is well founded.[2]The respondent is to pay the claimant the sum of £54.81 (less any necessary deductions for tax/National Insurance contributions) in respect of that work.[3]The respondent having on about 20 August 2019 paid the claimant the £212.82 (net) due to him in respect of the work he did on 25, 26, 29 and 30 October 2018, the remainder of his claim is dismissed. (If it transpires the said monies have not in fact been paid, the claimant is at liberty to apply to vary this judgment.)
