JUDGMENT
The Time for presenting a response having expired, no valid response having been presented in time, pursuant to Rule 21 and on the basis of the information before the Employment Judge:[1]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages, holiday pay and notice pay, (breach of contract) succeed. The Respondent shall pay the claimant without deduction, taxable in the hands of the Claimant: 1.1. In respect of unpaid wages, £882; 1.2. In respect of holiday pay, £281.25, and 1.3. In respect of notice pay, £750.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgement is £1,913.25.[3]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claim for Case Number: 3335618/2018 repayment of a debt in the sum of £500; this would have to be pursued in the County Court.
