The Claimant having clarified that her sole claim was a claim for breach of contract against Coty UK Limited and that Coty UK Limited was substituted for Hfc Services UK as the sole Respondent to her claim; And the tribunal having heard evidence from the Claimant and from Ms Kedia on behalf of the Respondent and having considered documents in an agreed bundle provided to the tribunal; And the Claimant having failed to establish that she was contractually entitled to a sum in addition to the sum of £105,639.42 paid to her by way of a redundancy payment on termination of her employment:[1]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract is dismissed.
