JUDGMENT

Made under rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The Claimant did not intend to present claims on behalf of Miss Fiford and Mrs Whitbread as well as herself. The recording of a multiple claim is in error. Claim numbers 3335202/2018 and 3335203/2018 are dismissed.[2]Claim number 3335201/2018 is the Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal. The Claimant accepted that she does not have the necessary 2 years qualifying employment to bring a claim of unfair dismissal as required by section 108 Employment Rights Act 1996. Accordingly the claim has no reasonable prospect of success and it is dismissed.[3]There being no further claims, that brings these proceedings to an end.
