[1]The respondent company has been dissolved and the claimant has not applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 9 January 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
