JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent shall be amended to Waterside Logistics Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claims for notice pay, (breach of contract) and a redundancy payment, succeed.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 3.1. £1,524 respect of redundancy pay, and 3.2. £1,441.98 in respect of notice pay, (breach of contract).[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgment, to be paid without deduction, taxable in the hands of the Claimant, is £2,965.98.
