[1]A Rule 21 Judgment on Liability was signed on 13 March 2019 because the Respondent did not enter an appearance.[2]I have heard the evidence of the Claimant and have accepted that he was entitled to be paid £1,750.00 net by the Respondent for the month of August 2018. He has not been paid and the Respondent has not sought to contest the case.[3]It was under threat of being dissolved under S.1000 Companies Act 2006, but no further action is being taken because of an objection. The Claimant may wish to make a further objection so as to take enforcement action.. ------------------------------------
