Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent having failed to present a response, judgment is entered for the Claimant in respect of his claims of: i. Unauthorised deductions from wages and the Respondent is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,201.41; ii. Accrued unpaid holiday in the sum of £763.34; and iii. Pay in lieu of notice in the sum of £274.05.[2]For the avoidance of any doubt, the total sum to be paid by the Respondent ot the Claimant is £2,238.80.[3]The hearing listed on 4 June 2019 is therefore vacated.
