JUDGMENT

(1) Having regard to section 123, Equality Act 2010, the Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints under the Equality Act 2010.

(2) Having regard to section 23(2), Employment Rights Act 1996, the Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint of an unauthorised deduction from wages.

(3) Having regard to article 7, Employment Tribunals] Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994, the Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim for breach of contract.
