Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 On the Respondent having failed to enter a response within the requisite time period, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 the Tribunal enters judgment for the Claimant. The Tribunal finds the Claimant’s claim for an unlawful deduction of wages well founded and orders the Respondent to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1438 gross from which tax and national insurance are to be deducted, being the sum of wages not paid and owing to the Claimant. The hearing listed for 11 June 2019 is vacated.
