JUDGMENT
Upon none of the parties attending the hearing:(1) The Claimants’ claims under Case Nos: 3334642/2018 – 3334649/2018 are dismissed as they duplicate the claims under Case Nos: 3334634/2018 – 3334641/2018.(2) The Claimants’ claims under Case Nos: 3334634/2018 – 3334641/2018 are stayed.(3) If the Claimants wish to pursue the claims that have been stayed, they should notify the tribunal on or before 19 July 2019 that they wish to proceed with those claims and should explain their failure to attend the hearing on 21 June 2019. They should also state whether they have applied to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy for payment of the sums claimed in the claim form presented to the tribunal.(4) If the Claimants fail to notify the tribunal that they wish to proceed with their claims by 19 July 2019, their claims under Case Nos: 3334634/2018 – 3334641/2018 will be dismissed.
