JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims succeed.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant as follows: 2.1. £708.34 notice pay, (breach of contract) to be paid gross, taxable in the hands of the Claimant; 2.2. £708.34 unpaid wages, to be paid gross, taxable in the hands of the Claimant, and 2.3. £4,440.82 compensation for unfair dismissal, made up of a Basic Award of £708.34 and a Compensatory Award of £3,742.77 loss to 18 January 2019 after deducting 2 week’s pay covered by the award for notice pay and £698.05 future loss.[3]The Claimant should note there is no award for holiday pay as no details were given.[4]The hearing on 29 March 2019 will not now go ahead.
