The claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 20 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why these claims should not be struck out because they were not being actively pursued and/or because a fair hearing was no longer possible.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations as why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claimant’s email of 5 October 2021 says that the claims should not be struck out while she is ill, however the claimant has not provided medical evidence in respect of these two cases as directed in the tribunal’s letter of 20 July 2021.[3]The claims are therefore struck out.
