The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 2 December 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 30 December 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because of the reasons stated by the Respondent in its application of 23 July 2024, and follow ups of 27 August and 30 September 2024.[2]I ordered that the letter be sent to the Claimant by both post and email in case there was a problem with one of the sets of contact details that the Respondent and the Tribunal had.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing.[4]The claim is struck out because, as alleged by the Respondent’s application, the Claimant has failed to comply with the Tribunal’s orders and is not actively pursuing the claim, and because it is proportionate to strike out in all the circumstances.
