Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant the redundancy payment to which he was entitled upon dismissal by reason of redundancy on 30 June 2018. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £9346.05.REASONS
[1]The Claimant claimed a redundancy payment in a claim presented on 23 October 2018.[2]The Respondent failed to present a Response.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy on 30 June 2018. He was entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £9346.05 which has not been paid. The Respondent is Ordered to pay the Claimant the said sum.
