JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim is dismissed.

REASONS

[1]The claimant presented a claim for unauthorised deduction of wages and/or breach of contract.[2]The claimant worked for the respondent for six days between 16 and 23 July 2018. At the time of her claim she had not been paid.[3]The claimant told me she was paid a salary of £21,000 for a six day week, 9am – 6pm. That equates to £403.85 gross per week.[4]The claimant worked nine hours overtime on the six days after 6pm. She could not tell me the overtime rate. At the national minimum wage of £7.38 that would represent £66.72.[5]On 3 May 2019 the respondent paid the claimant £477.27. 6. £403.85 plus £66.42 = £470.27 Case Number:3334168/2018[7]The claimant could not show me that she was owed any further wages. Accordingly, I have dismissed her claim as nothing remains due.
