Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent having failed to enter a Response, Employment Judge Smail makes the following Judgment:[1]The Claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from earnings and holiday pay, and for payslips are well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant £1260 owed for wages and £240 holiday pay within 14 days.[3]The hearing on 9 May 2019 at 2pm remains listed when the Tribunal will determine what the payslips should say. The Respondent is to bring all evidence of any tax and national insurance payments he has made on behalf of the Claimant.
