[1]Upon the Respondent having failed to submit a Response within the time prescribed and upon the Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages, notice pay, holiday pay and redundancy pay having been paid by the Secretary of State: 1.1. The Claimant’s claim that he was unfairly dismissed succeeds; the Respondents’ shall pay the Claimant £6,627.28. 1.2. The recoupement provisions apply: the grand total is £6,627.28, the prescribed period is 27 June 2018 to 11 February 2019, the prescribed element is £4,957.84, the excess of the grand total over the prescribed element £1,669.44.
