REASONS

[1]The claimant appeared before the tribunal this morning and although she produced various time sheets for which she confirmed she had not been paid, she indicated that she had more evidence of unpaid time sheets on her phone. When she tried to email those to the tribunal there were some difficulty in the process and when some did get through on the claimant’s own phone, they were largely illegible. Case Number: 3333220/2018[2]It is for that reason the tribunal has requested the claimant set out the dates worked and the hours worked for each day and the total amount claimed on or before 22 February 2019. REMEDY JUDGMENT Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claimant has suffered unlawful deduction of wages and the Respondents are ordered to pay the total sum of £887.06
