JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim for direct disability discrimination under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed.

[2]The Claimant’s claim for discrimination arising from disability under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 is upheld.

[3]The Claimant is awarded compensation in the total sum of £18,369.27 which the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant. This is made up of £10,000 for injury to feelings plus £2,267 for interest on that award and £5,481 for loss of earnings plus £621.27 interest.
