Case No 3332125/2018
Mr E DessambreClaimantCSC Computer Sciences LtdRespondent
Employment Judge Milner-MooreNot represented for claimantMr C Kelly (instructed by Counsel) for respondentDate 14 February 2020

JUDGMENT

[1]The claim in relation to unlawful deduction from wages is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospects of success.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 23.11.2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant has failed to comply with the orders of the Tribunal in respect of service of schedule of loss by 19 August 2019 and disclosure of documents by 16 September 2019; it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 1-3 June 2020 will not take place.
