JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The complaints of breach of contract, unpaid wages and holiday pay are declared to be well-founded.[2]Any remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing at 10:00am on Thursday 14 March 2019 at Watford Employment Tribunal, 51 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1HP. It has been given a time allocation of 1 hour. Employment Judge Bedeau _____________________________ Date: 10 December 2018 The Claimant’s claim succeeds.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £4,157.67, of which £2,538.53 is holiday pay and £1,538.50 is arrears of pay.[3]The above sums are gross, because the claimant is no longer employed by the respondent, and the position as to deductions is unclear.[4]The respondent may comply with this judgment by deducting and paying PAYE and National Insurance, and paying the claimant the net balance, provided that it sends the claimant proof of payment of the deductions. If it fails to do so the entire sum is due and payable.
